It’s crochet Tuesday with another great pick from the lovely Laura to cheer your hooks on their way!
This is the crochet version of the Clapotis wrap. You’d have to make a scarf version if you only had 400m, but it would show off a solid or semi-solid yarn beautifully. Would be great in a very drapey fibre particularly.
Crochet Kitten, the designer says:
Our crochet Clapochet is also worked on the diagonal, with chain spaces peppered throughout to create a texture similar to the original Clapotis. If variegated yarn is used, it will stripe with the texture instead of against it, but the final result is just as versatile as the original in that it may be scrunched up and worn as a scarf or spread out and worn as a shawl.
What would you crochet this in?
