Baht ‘At

You won’t be “baht ‘at” with this lovely cabled design by Ann Kingston for Baa Ram Ewe. ‘Ilkley Moor’ is takes its name from a famous Yorkshire landmark and the celtic carvings which can be found there are represented by the cables on the hat.

Yarn-wise, a nice, sheepy blend would be a great partner to this pattern. Alternatively, add drape with a high quantity of alpaca, or a bit of glitz with some silk in the blend. Solid colours will allow the pattern to stand out best.

What would you knit yours in?
